Why UV & IR needs to be controlled separately?

UV will increase the content of TH C in plants, and experienced growers will use it during the last two weeks of the flowering period.
IR will induce flowering of plants and increase the number of flowers, and experienced growers will use it during the early stage
of flowering.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:
In Veg, place lamp 30in.+ above plants and run power at 50%, Increase power to 70% slowly as plants grow sturdier.
In Flower, lower Lamp 12in.-18in. From tops of plants and start at 70% increasing slowly if plants are capable.
Use IR during veg into the first few weeks of flower then turn off. Use UV during last 2-3 weeks of Flower
